Retail Delivery Manager
The Retail Delivery Manager is responsible for the staffing, culture and overall performance of the branch network and building member loyalty. Daily primary duties revolve around two key areas: developing business in the branches and developing retail personnel. This position provides leadership and coaching to branch staff to ensure that all branch sales and services goals are being met. Particularly, this positions works closely with and develops branch supervisors on day to day branch operational needs, while working with the retail team in sales and service initiatives. This position oversees Inspire's retail branch network and is responsible for the administration of sales, service, and operational efficiency and risk applications to meet credit union objectives in branch. The Retail Delivery Manager will assist the VP of Operations with managerial and administrative functions and be the primary line of communication between retail staff and senior management.
Vice President of Lending
The Vice President of Lending will have responsibility for the day to day management and strategic direction of lending and collections, managing department staff and accountability for the budgeting and growth goals of the department. The VP of Lending will be responsible for managing and growing the mortgage loan department, consumer lending department, indirect auto department and managing and minimizing loan delinquencies and losses. This position requires the ability to function and manage at a strategic level and accept accountability for results. Must be able to manage third party relationships, have strong business judgement and make sound and prudent decisions.
Member Relationship Specialist
The Member Relationship Specialist will play a key role in the member development at Inspire. The MRS will build on the relationships with current credit union members by understanding their needs and suggesting credit union products and service to address those needs. The MRS will be responsible for building a trusting and honest relationship during each member interaction, both inside and outside the credit union. The MRS will be comfortable in a consultative sales atmosphere and will be a part of the relationship development team and will work closely with additional team members.
