Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communications Manager is a key member of the Credit Union's marketing team. This position will be responsible for assisting in the researching, planning, creating and executing on the organizations marketing plan. This includes content development, website maintenance, metric management to determine ROI, and digital marketing initiatives including but not limited to social media channels, email marketing and search and display. In addition, this position will serve as an ambassador to the community and participate in community events as well as assist in planning and execution of Credit Union hosted events for the community.

Member Relationship Specialist

The Member Relationship Specialist will play a key role in the member development at Inspire. The MRS will build on the relationships with current credit union members by understanding their needs and suggesting credit union products and service to address those needs. The MRS will be responsible for building a trusting and honest relationship during each member interaction, both inside and outside the credit union. The MRS will be comfortable in a consultative sales atmosphere and will be a part of the relationship development team and will work closely with additional team members.
